At Coach Executive Ireland, professional integrity and ongoing growth are at the heart of how I work. I have been a qualified coach since 2017 and have delivered over 1500 hours of coaching to leaders, teams, and individuals across a range of industries and stages of career.
I am a certified practitioner in a range of leading tools and frameworks that support meaningful, evidence-based coaching, including:

- Hogan Assessments
I am also an Accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. I actively engage in regular CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and professional supervision to ensure my coaching practice stays reflective, current, and effective.
