We had Sharon train us on Leadership & Coaching in TDS for a management team of 8 people, with all different ranges of leader experience and needs. Sharon very quickly understood the needs of each attendee and delivered such an effective and practical training course. We all took something from the course, as well as learning new skills to be better leaders and be able to coach others. This was the first time our company had invested in something like this and is something we are organising to do again and have asked Sharon to deliver our second course. She was very easy to understand, made the environment comfortable to ask questions and really challenged everyone who attended. Our management team provided great feedback and helped them be the great leadership team they are today, and really helped bond our management team to work better! Highly recommend and can’t wait to work with you again!
Coaching leaders through their aspirations and challenges

Techniques that enable clarity, motivation, focus and results
Sharon, facilitated a communications workshop with our European teams at one of Enterprise Ireland’s annual regional conferences. She provided energy, guidance and expertise to this multicultural group and engaged learners in an interactive workshop experience. Sharon has a strong understanding of communication challenges and needs in a busy dynamic environment where targets must be met and clients supported with their needs.
Sharon is a fantastic guide, coach, and mentor. Sharon cares about her client – she takes time to understand you as an individual and then works to show you how to unblock situations and develop a new perspective. The work leads to a very powerful transformation. Sharon is intuitive, and empathetic kind yet she keeps you focused on the task at hand. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Sharon recently delivered a series of leadership coaching workshops to existing and newly appointed leaders in Ward Solution. These workshops followed a period of considerable change due to a major organisational restructuring within the organisation. She was an engaging and knowledgeable facilitator who quickly identified the key challenges facing the leadership team and worked with us to identify options to address these core challenges . These group workshops were followed by a series of one-to-one coaching sessions which myself and all my colleagues found extremely beneficial. I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon as a leadership/executive coach and workshops facilitator.
Communication
Communication is one of those skills that we see everywhere – job specs, staff surveys, marketing strategies!
When we communicate effectively, we positively impact the people & environment around us and get stuff done.
Understanding how best to communicate with certain personalities and get the best from those around us is essential.
Whether speaking one to one or in a group setting, your communication needs to be fuelled by confidence. It’s not just what we say but also how we say it that contributes to your message. The impact of your message will dictate the extent to which you can influence what happens around you. As leaders, this is what we need to do – impact and influence.

Resilience
Our “bounce-back ability” level becomes crucial in leadership as we find ourselves continually dealing with challenges that arise day-to-day.
A commitment to ensuring we look after our health (physical, mental and emotional) provides a solid foundation for dealing with all that work can throw at us.
Embracing a growth mindset where we learn from our mistakes rather than drown in self-disappointment means we can confidently move forward.
We all have a wellspring of resilience available to us, but we need to believe that it exists in order to access it.
We also need to demonstrate self-compassion and ensure we aren’t our own worst critics.
We all have an inner mentor who can put us on the right track – they are wise, compassionate, and kind, and know that you deserve more than a nasty voice telling you that you’re not good enough. Like charity, kindness begins at home, and once you employ self-compassion and practical thought processes that’ll drive you forward rather than drag you back, your resilience will blossom.
